Cr. Moisés Polak
Established "Estudio M. Polak"
in 1973, consultancy on tax revenues forms,
book-keeping and structuring advisory for local
and off-shore companies.
Since 1973 through 1984, Mr.
Polak was the General Accountant of Derly SA an
important electronic company in Uruguay. From
1967 to 1973 Mr Polak held the same position in
Vesubio one of the biggest textile export
companies in the country. While attending
University, Mr. Polak held responsibilities at
"Banco Territorial del Uruguay", Organization
and Methods Department and in the Audit
Department of the bank.
Mr. Polak holds a Bachelor of
Economics degree from the State University of
Uruguay.

 Marketing Director, Latin America of
Gottex Fund Management since April 2005 up to
this date. Since 1993 through 2004, Mrs. Polak
held different sales and sales management
positions at Citibank and at Leumi Latin
America. From 1997 to 2001, Mrs. Polak was part
of the Corporate Credit Committee at Citibank,
where she was responsible for approving credit
facilities, developing and managing
relationships with top tier local corporate
customers, and further developing global client
relationships for the bank. From 2002 to 2004,
Mrs. Polak served as the leading developer for
the Private Banking Acquisition Project in
Citibank, and later at Leumi Latin America.
Mrs. Polak holds a Bachelor of
Economics degree from the State University of
Uruguay.
Cr. Daniel Felder
Partner EPA Consultores - Special
Investment Projects´ Manager.
 Since 2000 to 2006 Mr. Felder was
Finance and Administration Director of Jetmar
Viajes, where he still develops Consultancy
business. From 1992 to 1999, Mr. Felder was the
Financial Director of the branded consumer and
chemical distribution arm of the Bunge &
Born Group in Uruguaydeveloping tasks in
different commercial and industrial companies.
In the early 90s, Mr. Felder worked in the Audit
department of PriceWaterhouseCoopers.
Mr. Felder holds a Bachelor of
Economics degree from the State University of
Uruguay and a Masters in Business and
Administration from the Instituto de Estudios
Empresariales
Montevideo.
Cra. Ana Paula
Banchero
Associated to
EPA Consultores.
 Mrs. Banchero has developed vast
experience in Taxes, Administration and
book-keeping advisory to local and foreign
clients that develop activity both in Uruguay
and abroad (off-shore structures). Mrs Banchero
worked in important and renowned Law Firms in
Uruguay; from 2004 to 2006, she was responsible
for the Accounting and Taxes Department of
"Estudio Galeano ,
González Mullin, Schickendantz & Asociados";
from October 2001 to October 2004 she developed
similar tasks in "Estudio Guyer & Regules".
As a student, from November 2000 to October
2001, she developed administrative tasks in
Plenonet.com and participated in the Summer Job
program in BankBoston during the month of
February in 1997, 1998, 1999 and 2000.
Mrs. Banchero holds a Bachelor
of Economics degree from the State University of
